According to IA "APK-Inform", since the beginning of July, the increase in supply prices for soybean oil has resumed in Ukraine.
The manufacturers explained this situation by the rather active pace of sales of the specified finished products. However, it is worth noting that buyers were generally interested in oil offers at minimum and near-minimum prices, while demand for products at higher prices remained low. At the same time, the logistics component, in particular the shortage of oil tankers and the fuel crisis in the country, also remained one of the key factors affecting the price situation.
So, even a week earlier, the offer prices for soybean oil in Ukraine varied between UAH 37,000-42,300/t EXW, and under the influence of the above-mentioned factors, as of July 8, they reached UAH 39,000-42,300/t under the same delivery conditions.
