Brazil increase soybeans exports in record pace - 30.04.2020
It is expected that the harvesting campaign for soybeans in Brazil will be completed in the near future, while exporters continue to ship oilseed to foreign markets at a record pace, according to Soybean & Corn Advisor.
So, as of April 29, Brazil since the beginning of this year exported 31.4 million tons of soybeans, compared with 24 million tons in the same period a year earlier. At the same time, it is clarified that last week the average daily indicator of shipments amounted to 826 thousand tons. If this indicator remains at the same level this week, then in April Brazil will be able to export a record 14.5 million tons of oilseed.
As it is explained, such active shipments of oilseed from the country are due to the high demand of China due, first of all, to its price attractiveness due to the mass entry of a new crop of soybeans into the market.
