Sunflower oil exports in January valued at USD 422 mln-12.02.2020

In January 2020, Ukraine exported 581.47 t of sunflower oil worth USD 422.6 mln.

As provided by the data of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (SCSU), key importers of the product in the reporting period are as followed:

• India — USD 106.09 mln (25.1%);
• the Netherlands — USD 58.86 (13.93%);
• China — USD 58.82 mln (13.92%);
• others — USD 198.3 (47.05%).

As a reminder, in the year 2019, Dnipropetrovsk Oil Extraction Plant, Bunge subsidiary, domineered refined sunflower oil production. The facility's market share reached 16.1%.
