History brief
Daniel Trading SA is a commodity trading company founded in 2015 with headquarters in Switzerland and representative office in Ukraine, originally specialized in trading various commodities on international markets.
Our company was successful in trading agricultural products: wheat, corn, soybeans, sunflower seeds, vegetable oils, meal and other agricultural products and processed products. Daniel Trading SA invested its income into sunflower oil production facilities in Ukraine. From 2024 our company expanded its trading portfolio with supply of agricultural machinery and energy generation equipment to Ukrainian customers.
While 2022 Daniel Trading SA exclusively has contracted two sunflower oil processing plants in Ukraine located in closely to the biggest Black Sea ports with total production capacity of sunflower oil - up to 860 t/day, meal – up to 787 t/day. Production was temporarily frozen because of war in Ukraine, and expected to be re-started as soon as war ends.
In 2024 Daniel Trading SA launched a new business direction: supply of different types of agricultural machinery and equipment, commercial vehicles manufactured in China. Our company deliver machinery directly from Chinese manufacturers to Ukrainian customers and offers the best solutions in terms of price-quality ratio on the Ukrainian market in its segments for tractors, mini-tractors, harvesters, planters, cultivators, plows, sprayers and other types of agricultural equipment and machinery.
Over the course of 2022 – 2025, Daniel Trading treated deficit of power generation in Ukraine, caused by constant attacks on energy facilities by Russia withing last two years, as an opportunity to extend the business directions of the company, our company started supplying energy generation equipment to various public and private sector customers in Ukraine. The customers have high demand for various type of equipment and accessories that our company is ready to supply: Solar Panels, Lithium Batteries, Solar Inverters, Solar Power Systems, Energy Storage Systems, various PV Accessories.

Founder and CEO - Alex Levin
Mr. Levin, a native of Odessa (Ukraine), emigrated to the U.S. in 1988, where he worked in a private transport company. He became a U.S. citizen in 1993, and in 1994 returned to Ukraine.
During next 15 years, Mr. Levin has been involved in the real estate development sector in Ukraine. He is a member of the board of directors of the Ukrainian Construction Association. In 2007, together with his partners, he organized in Kyiv (Ukraine) one of the largest real estate development group – KDD Group NV– becoming chairman of the board of directors.
In June 2010, Mr. Levin became head of the Kyiv Jewish religious community, Brodsky Central Synagogue. Under his leadership, charitable programs and new projects increased in the community.
In 2015 Mr. Levin founded Swiss commodity trading company - Daniel Trading SA.
Wealth of Mr. Levin originates from income earned in real estate development, trading operations, other business operations.
